Position: Assistant Program Coordinator

Position Summary:
This position provide supports to our worldwide program quality, reputation with client and growth. It has significant breadth across programs in emergencies and development. Assume the overall responsibility of supporting program department including regularly pursue individual projects implemented on time to the level of excepted quality. In addition, it requires full engagement of the program staffs and consultants in order to design and development, implementation and monitoring of projects.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide support for program department in setting strategic direction, promote and ensure technical quality standards. Provide leadership and accountability for quality delivery of program department output.
Oversee the timely implementation of the program department activities, including design and development project implementation plan, provision of technical support to program implementation in the field, provided technical input and oversight of the data management analysis process, ensure for the delivery of quality for report on inception packages, socioeconomic studies as well as evaluation reports.
· Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support related to design Monitoring and Evaluation system, socioeconomic studies, project best practices and project evaluations.
- Develop priorities during project implementation.
- Support in ensuring high quality finalization of deliverables to the client.
- Support in coordinating project activities being undertaken by the company including coordination and supervision of field activities and personnel
- Organize and prepare timely reports on behalf of the organization;
- Ensure proper documentation of the companies resources and materials
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiate project schedules and study parameters with clients in behave of the company
- Accomplish other company’s activities as delegated by the Program Director
Education:
Masters in one of the following or related fields: Economics; Sociology, Health, Statistics, Agriculture, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation.
