The Logistics Manager will provide day to day guidance to the FH South Sudan logistics with oversight responsibilities in the areas of procurement, fleet management, warehousing, IT, document management, storage and logistics. As a member of the senior leadership / management team, the Logistics Manager will contribute to the overall strategic direction of FH South Sudan by collaborating with managers and Field Coordinators to ensure smooth implementation of activities in the field, in adherence to the policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Key Result #1 – Policies, Procedures, Systems and Training (20%).
Key Result #2 – Procurement (20%).
Key Result #3 – Management and Planning (15%).
Key Result #4 – Inventories and Asset Management (10%).
Key Result #5 – Fleet Management (15%).
Key Result #6 – Administration (20%).
