The Role
To lead the operations, financial management and accounting Unit of the Liaison and Pan Africa office, ensuring timely and reliable financial information and analysis that leads to effective decision making at the Pan Africa Office. The Job holder will contribute and support the implementation of global and regional financial and operations strategies/policies of Pan Africa office, manage the budget and review and consolidate financial reports, ensures compliance with organizational and professional requirements in all financial, internal controls processes and operational standards/procedures within the Pan Africa office.
The Person
Have professional Financial/Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) and Degree in Accounting from a recognized university, minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience at national and international levels in finance, budget, accounting and administration is required in-depth knowledge of grants financial management and engagement with a variety of donors is essential, and work experience in supervisory/managerial capacity in INGO with good understanding of humanitarian principles, minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience at national and international levels in finance, budget, accounting and administration is required
Location: The post holder will be based in the Pan Africa office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
