Ethiopia: Consultancy Services for Conducting Baseline Study of the Pan Africa State Accountability Project (PASAP)

Plan International has a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Africa Union and has signed the host agreement for this AU and Pan Africa Program Liaison office with the Ethiopia Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in March 2012.

Plan International African Union and Pan Africa Program Office is seeking consultancy services to conduct Baseline Study of the Pan Africa State Accountability Project (PASAP), a multi-partner, multi-level Pan-African project that runs from January 2015 to June 2018. The project aims at a sustainable impact on the realization of children’s rights in Africa by strengthening CSO’s institutional and technical capacity to hold States accountable and effectively engages in child rights monitoring and advocacy at national, regional, sub-regional and international level. The project is overall coordinated by Plan International African Union Liaison and Pan Africa Program Office.

Plan International African Union and Pan Africa Program Office invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in carrying out the baseline study. Consultants with demonstrated technical expertise, methodology and tools in measuring and evaluating advocacy results\outcomes are highly encouraged to apply.
